A List of Websites to Delete Your B2B Data From
Many B2B and lead-gen services store your contact and company data for sales and marketing. If you want to reduce your footprint or exercise privacy rights, you can request deletion from these types of providers. (Always check each site’s current policy and "delete my data" or "privacy" page—URLs and processes change.)
Data brokers and people-search
- Spokeo, BeenVerified, PeopleFinder, WhitePages, and similar. Look for "Opt out" or "Privacy" in the footer; many have a form or link to remove your listing.
LinkedIn and professional networks
- LinkedIn: Settings → Data privacy → Get a copy of your data / Account closure. You can also limit visibility and ad targeting.
- Other professional or recruiting platforms often have account and data deletion under account or privacy settings.
Marketing and sales intelligence
- ZoomInfo, Apollo, Lusha, Clearbit (where applicable), and similar. Search for "opt out," "delete my data," or "do not sell" on their site; many have a dedicated form or email.
CRM and enrichment
- Providers that enrich contact records (e.g. Clearbit, FullContact, etc.). Check their privacy/opt-out pages and any "consumer requests" or "CCPA/GDPR" links.
General approach
- Use the site’s own "Privacy," "Do Not Sell," "Opt Out," or "Contact" page. GDPR and CCPA require mechanisms for deletion or opt-out in many jurisdictions.
- Keep a short list of where you submitted requests and when; follow up if you don’t get confirmation.
This list is indicative, not exhaustive. Companies change names, merge, and update policies. Verify on each site before relying on this note.
